It is Book Week at Beckenham!
September 2 - 6
Bruce Rodger, teacher of Room 16 invited his author father, Bill Rodger and his mother,Susan, along to Beckenham School to read to Room 22. Bill aloud read his latest book 'Caleb and the Night of the Cattle Theft", a story about one of his grandchildren. As you can see the children were entranced. We are lucky enough to have this book in our library.
The Scholastic Book Fair is on this week in Room 11 and already many books have been sold and placed on order.
