Only 13 years old and speaking to a room full of adult educators and librarians
On Wednesday evening at South Library, Year 8 student Briana was the youngest of several speakers to talk to a room of primary school librarians and teachers about reading. Her speech was interesting, informative, funny, articulate and concise. It was very well received and there were many favorable comments. The topic was best and worst reads.
